General
All bets on individual races will be settled based on the official results at the time of weighing. Any subsequent disqualifications, appeals, or changes to the results will not be considered.
Card numbers are provided for informational purposes only. Bets are placed on horses by their names. Any information (such as the color of the attire or saddle numbers) is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. You may use it for betting at your own risk.
If the venue is changed after bets have been placed, all bets will be voided. If the scheduled surface type changes, bets will remain valid (e.g., from turf to dirt).
A favorite is defined as the option with the lowest odds in the official starting prices. The second favorite is the option with the second-lowest odds. If two horses are listed with the same odds, and those odds are lower than the others, they are considered joint first and second favorites. If multiple favorites are selected in this way, the bet will be split equally between them.

In-Play Betting
If in-play betting is not scheduled for the market, and we are unable to suspend it in time, all bets placed after the official start time will be voided.
If in-play betting is scheduled for the market, but we fail to suspend it in time and no in-play betting is launched during the event, all bets placed after the official start time but before the scheduled in-play start will be voided.
Betting Excluding the Favorite
For this bet, the "favorite" will be determined as the horse with the lowest early odds at the time the market is created.
When settling the "excluding the favorite" bet, the finishing position of the favorite will not be considered.
Win/place bets will be settled based on the number of participants in the race, excluding the favorite.
Win/place bet conditions are listed for the relevant race location.
Forecast (Two-Winner Prediction)
A "Straight Forecast" is a bet where you specify two participants in a race to finish first and second in the correct order.
A "Reverse Forecast" is a bet where you specify two participants to finish first and second in any order.
A "Combination Forecast" is a bet where you specify three or more participants. Any two of the selected participants must finish first and second.
Straight, reverse, and combination forecasts are available for races with no fewer than three participants.
Bets will be settled according to the relevant market forecast dividend, except in the following cases:
-
If a straight forecast is placed on a race where no forecast dividends are announced, the bet will be settled as a win bet for the first selected participant.
-
If a forecast includes a non-participant, the bet will be void. If a non-participant is selected in a combination forecast, all bets related to that non-participant will be void.
The use of "non-specific favorites" in forecasts is not allowed.
Tricast (Three-Winner Prediction)
A "Tricast" is a bet where you specify three participants in a race to finish first, second, and third in the correct order. All tricasts will be settled according to the relevant market dividends, except for the following situations.
Bets are accepted for all races where tricast dividends are announced.
If a tricast is placed on a race with fewer than four participants, it will be settled as a straight forecast for the first and second place participants, and the third place selection will be ignored.
If a tricast is placed on a race where no tricast dividends are announced, it will be settled as a straight forecast for the first and second place participants. The third place forecast will be ignored during settlement. If the bet is a combined tricast, each tricast combination will be settled as the appropriate straight forecast with the third place nominee ignored.
If a non-participant is selected, the tricast will be settled as a straight forecast for the two other nominated participants in the selected order. Combined tricast bets follow the same rule, with each combination settled according to its own criteria. If two options are non-participants, the tricast will be voided.
If only two participants finish the race, all tricasts correctly selecting first and second will be settled as straight forecasts. All other tricasts will be considered losing bets.
If only one participant finishes, all tricasts correctly selecting the winner will be settled as a single bet at the starting price for that participant. All other tricasts will be considered losing bets.
If a tricast is placed from a region where no official market tricast is announced, the dividend will be calculated based on the latest prices available at the race’s start time.
If a "non-specific favorite" is selected in a tricast, that option will be considered a non-participant, and the bet will be settled according to the remaining options in the specified order. Combined tricasts follow the same rule, with each combination settled according to its own criteria.
Fixed-Odds Forecasts and Tricasts
If any non-participants are involved in a forecast or tricast, the bet will be settled according to the industry dividends.
If any selection in a fixed-odds forecast or tricast proves to be a non-participant, the entire forecast or tricast will be voided.
Comparative Bets
Bets will be settled according to the BHA Horse Racing Rules, with results determined based on the official winning placements as published in the next issue of the Racing Post.
Bets will be settled based on who finishes in the highest position.
